In no event shall the RBU Mentorship Program or any of its affiliates be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to your conduct or the conduct of any other participant, including without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress and/or any other damages resulting from your communications or meetings with the participants or other persons met through the RBU Mentorship Program.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RBU, its directors, officers, and members, from any liability, loss, claim, and expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your participation in this Mentoring Program.

 

WE WILL NEVER ASK YOU TO SUBMIT AUDITION TAPS. WE ALSO DO NOT GUARANTEE JOBS NOR AUDITIONS. THE RBU TERM FOR MENTORSHIP IS ONLY FOR ONE YEAR.

 

By registering as a RBU Member, I ACCEPT AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
